UPF recently traveled to the West Coast to attend the 2016 Modernist Studies Association conference in beautiful Pasadena, California! We had a wonderful time exhibiting our books in modernist literature and had the chance to mingle with scholars in the field.
We saw some of our authors at the conference, including Amanda Golden, editor of This Business of Words: Reassessing Anne Sexton, and Bonnie Roos, coeditor of Behind the Masks of Modernism: Global and Transnational Perspectives.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello or to check out our modernist studies books!
Here are some of the books we took with us to the conference:
Allusions in Omeros: Notes and a Guide to Derek Walcott’s Masterpiece
by Maria McGarrity
by H.D., edited by Lara Vetter
Edith Wharton and Cosmopolitanism
Edited by Meredith L. Goldsmith and Emily J. Orlando
Gender and the Rhetoric of Modernity in Spanish America, 1850–1910
