Last week, we attended the inaugural Organic Food and Farming Summit hosted by Florida Organic Growers in Gainesville, Florida. We had a great time showing off our colorful selection of books on cooking, food, and foodways in Florida.

We enjoyed meeting many of the state’s organic growers and advocates, some of whom even found their products in our books.
