Highlights from the forthcoming season include a journey to explore the diversity and complexity of Florida today, a portrait of the threatened Florida scrub-jay, an anthology of environmental writing about the Gulf South region, a personal look inside a professional ballet dancer’s world, essays from leading scholar-activists on how the lessons of history can inform the building of new social justice movements, an examination of the political ideas behind the construction of the presidency in the U.S. Constitution, studies on the impact of technology on the Cuban Revolutionary project, and the history of platform mound architecture in eastern North America across thousands of years.
